Downtown Longmont is going to undergo a series of transformations and improvements as we work to build a better City. See projects in progress below. 

• Coffman Street Mobility Project - between 9th and 1st Avenues - enhancing multimodal transportation, including pedestrian, bicycle, transit, and automobile access into the core of the city.
• 1st & Main Transit Station - access to northern Colorado, metro Denver and Boulder, as well as additional parking, housing, and working space.
• A new downtown boutique hotel, that has been a priority in community plans for almost 50 years.
• City of Longmont’s Safety & Justice building is going under a complete rehabilitation.
• Other downtown developers and property owners reinvesting in the historic core of our downtown to rehab buildings and bring new restaurants and retail stores into our city core.
