The South Main Station area continues to transform with a newly approved renovation for the Granary Food Hall and Creative Commercial building. This prominent, and historic former Butterball structure rests on the corner of 2nd Ave. and Emery St. The construction project will be an adaptive reuse of the existing structure built in the 1930s. This property is phase 3 of the South Main Station redevelopment that began in 2018. The property owner was awarded a TIF (Tax Increment Financing) and Facade grant award from the LDDA.

This project was awarded a TIF (Tax Increment Financing for large scale catalyst project) and Facade Renovation grant from the LDDA.
