Welcome to our community! Are you new to yoga? Are you looking to rediscover your yoga practice after a hiatus or injury? This series is designed for you, and will provide confidence to attend a wide variety of our public classes.

4 weeks - Wednesday nights 5:30pm - 6:30pm
January 3, January 10, January 17 and January 24

Students will learn about breathing and correct alignment for classic yoga postures. Students may experience increases in strength, flexibility, and overall well-being. No yoga experience necessary. Upon completion of this series, students will comfortably be able to attend a wide variety of classes at Full Circle Yoga.

Class Structure:
-Setting a foundation: aligning bones, building strength and exploring mobility
-Learn standing poses, seated poses and lying down poses. Learn which poses work best for your body.
-Avoiding bad habits and unsafe technique.
-Learn how to develop an effective life long yoga practice

4 week series price is only $56
$100 to buy the series and add on the yoga prop package to include your first yoga mat and two blocks.
This course is optional. Anyone may attend any class at any time.
