The MAINE Event Food Truck menu is a sampling of chef Marc’s favorite eats and treats from his years living, working, and raising his children in Maine.

Several of his offerings are original recipes and featured items on menus he created at the beautiful inns he served as Executive Chef in Maine. Now, he’s in business to bring these creations to you. With his personal touch and passion for creating a bit of happiness and smiles with food, he aims to bring fresh, locally sourced, and of course ‘imported’ Maine ingredients to Colorado! Enjoy!
