Join us for Thursdays @ the Museum this fall. We’re open late for Art & Sip classes, exhibits, films, live music, and conversations in our 250-seat Stewart Auditorium. Wine, beer, and concessions available for purchase.
Architectural historian Jack Quinon in conversation with Maria Cole, AIA. Join us for a conversation with one of the foremost authorities on the work of Frank Lloyd Wright. The Prairie School, with Wright its most famous proponent, endeavored to evoke the wide, flat, treeless expanses of America's native prairie landscape. According to Wright’s concept of "organic architecture,” a structure should appear as if were "married to the ground."
Presented in conjunction with our current exhibition Tipi to Tiny House: Hands-on Homebuilding. Learn more and make a free reservation at www.longmontmuseum.org or call 303-651-8374.
