Class is a blend of asanas (poses), pranayama (breath-work), and meditation. By setting intentions, holding postures, and inviting balance through flow sequences, you will take some of this yoga off the mat with you.

Bel believes that yoga is an integration of breathing, movement, and joy. Her classes typically consist of increasing your core strength, flexibility, posture, and noticing your breath to reveal your innate potential to heal yourself.
