Join Dry Land Distillers and the James Beard Award-Winning team of chefs from Id Est Hospitality Group for the release of two rare whiskies: The Sheep and The Wolf. These are 100% heirloom, single grain wheat whiskies that were crafted in collaboration with the team from The Wolf's Tailor restaurant in Denver. They are gorgeous whiskies made in the style of traditional Japanese whiskies. The Sheep is a light, bright, and versatile whiskey perfect for classic highballs. The Wolf is a complex, rich yet eminently sippable single grain whiskey that rivals the top Japanese whiskies. These bottles are exceedingly rare and will sell out on the day of the release.
