Pilates Rx: Challenge
50 minutes | Saturdays at 9am

A dynamic, high-energy mat Pilates class designed to push your strength, endurance, and control. Focused on activating underused muscle groups and mastering precise movements, this class delivers small moves with big results. Expect a blend of core work, stability training, and athletic flow—perfect for those looking to level up their Pilates practice. Taught by Dr. Syd Haynes, PT, DPT, Pilates Instructor, Personal Trainer, Corrective Exercise Specialist.


Pilates Rx: Recovery
55 minutes | Sundays at 10am

A restorative mat Pilates class designed to release tension, improve mobility, and enhance body awareness. Using gentle movements, breathwork, deep stretching, and myofascial release techniques with specialized tools, this class helps reset your muscles and restore balance. Ideal for active recovery, injury prevention, and anyone looking to move better and feel better. Taught by Dr. Syd Haynes, PT, DPT, Pilates Instructor, Personal Trainer, Corrective Exercise Specialist.
