Taught by Syd, PT, DPT, certified Personal Trainer, and Pilates instructor, this energizing class fuses Pilates principles with functional training for a well-rounded, full-body workout. Expect core-strengthening moves, dynamic stretching, and functional exercises designed to build strength, improve mobility, and leave you feeling your best.
