Hear extraordinary people talk about issues of importance to Northern Colorado and beyond, part of our Thursday Nights at the Museum series. With Dr. James M. Done, Deputy Director at the National Center for Atmospheric Research (NCAR) Capacity Center for Climate and Weather Extremes. Our changing climate is evident in extreme weather events, such as deadly heatwaves and flooding rains. NCAR’s Dr. James Done discusses what we know about our changing extreme weather, how scientists study these changes, and how partnerships between science and industry are accelerating discovery.
