We're heading to Mexico!!! For the fourth month of our World Tour Passport Program we're exploring different styles of agave spirits.

Every month we will showcase a spirit flight from one country or region and (virtually) tour the distilleries and countryside. $20

Did you know there is more to Mexican agave spirits than Tequila?!?! We'll try Mezcal, Bacanora & Sotol too!

Tequila:Blanco, Represado, Anejo, Extra Anejo & Cristalino
Mezcal: largest variety of agave plants and spirit profiles
Bacanora: "Mexican moonshine" from the mountains of Sonora
Sotol: distilled from the desert spoon plant (not agave)
Can anyone source Pulque: lets get weird!

Each month we'll feature a Signature Cocktail available for purchase.
