Create something with your own hands! The process of making is so calming and just nourishes your soul, especially in this day and age where most of what we interact with is digital. With macramé it is rewarding to see each knot become part of a larger, beautiful piece.
Join Ellen from Ellebelle and create your own beautiful and unique macramé pieces and bring texture, warmth or some boho vibe to your home. Macramé has been revived with a tasteful modern appeal adding a softer side of art to your walls. In this workshop you will learn knots and techniques to create a macramé plant hanger. This is an example of the project but every creative process is different so you will leave with a unique piece of art and a mind filled with inspiration! All of the supplies you need will be provided, including natural cotton rope, wooden dowels, wooden beads, yarn, baked yummies and tea.
No experience necessary. Ages 15 and up welcome.
