After five years with The Longmont Chamber, Longmont Restaurant Week has reinvented itself to shine a spot light on Longmont's booming food scene by offering new ways for locally owned food and beverage businesses to participate such as, prix fixe menus to tempt tastebuds, special offers to drive traffic, and coupons that start the week after and extend into the year.
