Bio
Since 2010, Ellis Barrowman has been weaving romantic tales for romance publishers. With a life-long love of movies, a passion for story development, and a lengthy talk with her editor in 2017, she made the transition from novel writing to writing screenplays. Today, Ellis is busy writing and consulting with screenwriting competitions.
When not crafting stories for the screen, Ellis watches way too much reality TV (claims it’s for research), tries valiantly to keep her houseplants alive, and belts show tunes in the car with her daughter.
Ellis Barrowman’s horror short “Demon Hunting 101” won at the L.A. Screamwriting Film Festival in February 2021.
