What if a word or phrase could change your course or keep you more focused on your path? What word would you choose?
Our 2024 Intention Circle will help you discover your word or phrase for 2024 through chanting, journaling, meditation and collective community connection that describes who you need to become this year.
Little by little, again and again is how we make lasting changes and transformations. Once your word is decided it will be imprinted on a MyIntent custom bracelet for you to see and wear everyday this year.
Investment: $40(includes bracelet)
This is not a yoga asana practice, but will have chanting and meditation included in our time. Please bring a journal, pen/pencil, and anything that will make sitting comfortable for you.
