About the Storytime: Join us for a not-so-spooky Halloween Storytime for all ages! Costumes are encouraged, but not required.
About the Costume Parade: After about 30 minutes of stories, songs and dancing, participants can parade through the Civic Center (building next to the Library on Kimbark Street) hallway for treats courtesy of City of Longmont staff.
