May Second Saturday Creative Crawl! Join painter Mallory Cash as she launches her new series: Go Where You Grow @ St Stephen's Plaza.
About Mallory Cash:
Mallory is a classically trained artist. She graduated in 2010 from Maryland Institute College of Art. Prior to attending college she attended Bak Middle School of the Arts and Dreyfoos School of the Arts where she focused her studies on visual arts. To say Mallory has been an artist her whole life is not an understatement. After college she worked on projects ranging from creating rock climbing walls for Climb Zone (a New Zealand based company), to building an artificial tree for the rainforest exhibition at the National Aquarium in Baltimore, Maryland. In 2016 Mallory made painting her full time career, and has never been happier. Her work is the definition of Labor of Love.
What is the Second Saturday Creative Crawl? Well, I’m glad you asked. Every Second Saturday, businesses around Downtown Longmont host events and creatives to celebrate Longmont’s creative community. All Longmont creatives are invited to participate (you don’t have to live or work in the “creative district” to participate).
