This functional Pilates mat class is a full-body workout emphasizing core strength, stability, and flexibility through a series of exercises performed on the mat. This class aims to improve your posture, balance, and coordination while enhancing your overall physical performance.

​We'll combine the principles of Pilates with functional movement patterns to help you move better and feel better in your daily life. You can expect to use props like resistance bands, small balls, and foam rollers to challenge and engage different muscle groups.
