Embody Wellness Expo is a full-day event being hosted at the beautiful St. Vrain event & wedding venue in Longmont, Colorado. It’s an opportunity for community to gather and share resources, support, and knowledge on all things health & wellness.
From 9am-12pm, the event is FREE to enter and open to the public! Come shop our local vendor market, book a mini service with our wonderful wellness clinicians, or enjoy incredible farm-to-table food and non alcoholic mocktails from Sugar Pine Catering!
From 1pm-6pm, we will be transforming The St Vrain into a community conference space. Attendees will have the opportunity to reserve their spot in lectures, guided workshops, movement classes, and more! We have something for everyone:
- Education on hormone health
- Knowledge shared from Clinical Herbalists
- Nutrition Support
- Stress management tools & techniques
- Movement classes
- Meditation & community workshops
Plus a closing cacao ceremony hosted by our founder Bailey!
