You are invited to drop in and ignite your feminine embodiment through sacred yoga, dance ritual, and sisterhood connection.

During this 3-hour workshop, we begin with simple yoga practices to awaken your body and spine, move into an attuned dance activation, followed by a reflective journaling practice. We complete our time with empowered group sharing.

Bring your full presence to your temple body as a sacred instrument of pleasure, integration and healing. You get to listen to, trust, and honor how your body wants to express itself in the moment.

Connect in a safe and loving community with other women where you will be witnessed in your brilliant light and authenticity, all while witnessing this in others to inspire collective healing. You are also invited to offer up any old limiting beliefs and transmute them into love through your body and being.
Join us and leave feeling relaxed yet activated, honored, supported, and held in embodying the true and authentic you.

Respectful touch will be invited during our time together yet is always optional.
Please bring:
~ yoga mat
~ a water bottle
~ a journal and pen
~ wear comfortable clothing that you can move freely in
~ flowers or an item for creating intentional space
