Downtown Longmont gives you the chance to dance in the street and enjoy great live music from local and regional artists this summer. Bring your family and neighbors downtown for the evening and sample some great local food and drink from downtown businesses. Admission is free!
Pato Banton is a grammy nominated reggae legend that has recorded and toured the world with The English Beat, Steel Pulse, UB40 & STING! (just to name a few) . His four-decade public presence has increasingly transcended music to convey a positive & uplifting message of global peace and love for humanity. Now based in Southern California, he continues to record and tour the world extensively with his band The Now Generation, while simultaneously serving as a Teacher, Minister, Counselor and Mentor to his Fans, Friends & Family worldwide!
Mono Verde Collective is a Latin reggae band, performing in Denver, CO, and across the front range. The band plays an eclectic blend of Spanish style rhythms and reggae music to create their own unique sound. They sing in both English and Spanish. Members of Mono Verde Collective come to us from all over Latin America, including Mexico, the Dominican Republic, Venezuela, and Peru. They all now call Colorado home.
