On June 10th, Longmont Art in Public Places (AIPP) is dedicating Adden J’s completed murals on the Spoke Building. Adden’s larger mural, “Keyhole”, features birds native to Boulder County on the outside of the building facing Main Street. The augmented reality mural, “Blossom”, is displayed inside the parking garage. Visitors can download the app Artivive to make the artwork come to life with their smartphone.
AIPP will also be highlighting "Art on the Move", which is an art-on-loan program that exhibits sculptural artworks by regional artists . The concentration of artworks are on view on 4th ave, but include art in alleys, breezeways and other city sites as well.
