Experience the vibrant energy of Brazilian Carnaval with performances by the Michele Castro Band, showcasing the best of Brazilian MPB and Bossa Nova. Enjoy the lively beats of Colorado’s own Ginga Samba Band and guests, the energetic Brazilian rhythms of Bateria Alegria, and the exuberant passista dancers Lorin Hansen, Escola de Samba Denver & Samba Colorado.
Colorado Brazil Fest is hosted by Boulder Samba School, the leading organization in the state dedicated to promoting the rich heritage of Brazilian music, dance, and culture, with a track record of engaging thousands of local residents in performances and educational music programs since its inception in 2009.
