Join Kelly Lembke, founder of Before Noon Paperie for a fresh, fun, and most importantly, not intimidating, workshop that will introduce you to the world of modern calligraphy! Whether you're looking to be ready to use calligraphy for your wedding or just want to try something you've been thinking about for a while, this class is a great start. This class will cover how to do basic dip pen calligraphy using a pen holder, nibs, and calligraphy ink. It will be great for beginners as we will go over basic skills like dipping your pen, applying pressure, techniques for practice, and we'll learn a calligraphy alphabet in a fun and modern style.

Pen holder, two nibs, practice sheets on high quality paper (including digital copies after), tracing paper, black Sumi ink, and ink well, plus light snacks!
