2017 Master Plan Update
Where: The plan encompasses the LDDA boundaries [see map].
Why: The LDDA Board of Directors updated its plan in 2017, citing a critical time in the redevelopment of downtown. The former Master Plan of Development was completed in 1995 and an update provided:
- Reflection of advances and changes in Downtown since 1995
- Alignment with Envision Longmont, City of Longmont Comprehensive Plan and other relevant City or Economic Development plans
- Integrated the Longmont Arts & Entertainment District Plan
- Created a strong policy foundation for year-on-year resource allocations by LDDA & the City
Who: LDDA Board, staff and Downtown Stakeholders, including property owners, business owners, residents, visitors, economic partners, etc.
