We are continuing our exploration with pasta! If you have had a chance to take our Fresh Pasta 101, you have learned to make a basic egg dough, roll it and cut it. Now, we want to take it a step further with stuffed pasta!
As the weather warms and we start to see those first signs of spring, come enjoy the first tastes of spring!
Learn to make ravioli filled with spring peas, asparagus and a medley of cheeses topped with simple herb-infused oil and shaved parmesan. (Vegetarian)
