LEARN MORE
- What makes The Spoke on Coffman an affordable housing unit? Your rent is determined by your income. This means that the rent ranges are broad and designed to be fair to everyone. Other perks are that utilities are included in the price of rent and move-in deposit costs are low (we're talkin' $200-$300).
-
Is there anything different about the apartments? The Spoke on Coffman is just like any other new apartment complex. In fact, there are some additional features that are hard to find in your regular apartment search, such as a covered parking garage, in-unit washers and dryers, and a pet-friendly environment at very low cost.

TIPS TO APPLY
- Create your account early. To save time on your application, click here to create your account and fill in basic information before December 14th. Make sure you click Exit Application in the top right hand corner after filling in your information so you are prompted to save your work. Otherwise, you might have to do it again.
- Submit your application as early as possible. In Boulder County's words, applicants will be placed on the waitlist according to the date and time the application was received. Minutes matter, so don't wait.

You can fill all of this out when you create your account before December 14th, so get it ready as soon as you can. Sergio Angeles
CO-FOUNDER AND EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR AT LONGMONT PUBLIC MEDIA
Who are you?
I am a bilingual resident of Longmont who loves to solve problems, create value, and improve our community. Currently, I am the co-founder and executive director at Longmont Public Media, a media makerspace and public access tv station. The opportunity to create, build, and run an organization whose mission is to educate, produce, and distribute local media has been extremely rewarding. Being able to teach individuals and organizations how to create media, in any form, seeing that media be shared, distributed, and make an impact to our community brings me absolute joy.
On a personal level, I love hiking, learning and exploring new technologies, cooking, and more recently, due to the pandemic, playing board games.
What are you up to?
Longmont Public Media has released several new local TV shows! LoCo in Love is a new show by Longmont Public Media to help Longmont singles find love and to help two individuals commit the perfect crime: to steal each other's hearts. We also have released a new cooking show, Shark Wit Da Fork, created by Chef Glynn Hatcherson. In the first episode, Chef Glynn teaches us how to make the best gumbo in NoCo. We also will be releasing Humans of Longmont, a new show that interviews local residents and shares their story with our community. In addition to producing and distributing new content, we have new classes this month on Adobe Cloud by Amanda Maldonado (coy ink), a Soundpost Session show, and we're getting ready for next year.
What do you want everyone to know?
We have so many talented individuals and many resources and organizations for people interested in creative mediums to be involved and participate in. If you're specifically interested in media creation, such as videos, podcasts, photography, live streaming, and more, come by Longmont Public Media!
